Wii Fit

Wii Fit.  Some people may be reminded of obese English men jumping on the spot while eating their ‘Double-Decker-Super-Ultra-Obese-Making-High-Blood-Pressure-Grease Sandwich’ when Wii Fit comes to mind. Bad thought.

Well, it’s not entirely bad. In fact, it’s actually good for you. Yes, that’s right. Replace that image of obese people with a more better image, such as that of an ultra-slim person eating their ‘Undeniably-Good-For-You-Tofu Sandwich’ while flexing their ultra-flexible thighs in yoga. To be honest, that is not a bit like me, but you get the point. Hopefully.

The Wii Fit includes games such as Hula Hoop™ (I don’t want to get into copyright turmoil), where you have to swivel your hips to make the Hula Hoop™ go round, just like the real version! Another example of the Wii Fit games is the Ski Jump. Just keep your balance to go as fast as possible, and then jump at the right time. Other games include trying to tip a ball into a hole, stepping in time to the Wii, and lots of muscle exercises as well as yoga. Give Wii Fit a go. It’s not like it makes you into a fat slob. *cough*
